What We Do

Two Programs. One Mission.

We meet people where they are — on the streets or stepping into a new home — and give them what they need to keep moving forward.

When I was hungry, and you gave me food;
I was thirsty, you gave me
drink…
Matthew 25:63

Care Packages for Right Now

For someone on the street who missed the shelter cutoff and hasn’t eaten all weekend, a care package is everything. It’s not a solution to every problem — it’s enough to get through today.

What’s Inside

Each care package can be filled with items like:

  • Bottled water and shelf-stable snacks
  • Hygiene items: toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, deodorant
  • Socks and hand warmers (seasonal)
  • First aid basics: bandages, antiseptic wipes
  • A handwritten note of encouragement

Bundles for What's Next

When someone transitions from a shelter into permanent housing, they often walk into an empty apartment with nothing. No bed. No sheets. No pots to cook with. They did the hard work of getting stable, and now they need the basics to actually start living.

Bedroom Bundle can include:

  • Twin or full mattress and bed frame
  • Sheets, pillows, and pillowcases
  • Comforter or blanket set
  • Towels and washcloths

Kitchen Bundle can include:

  • Pots and pans
  • Cooking utensils (spatula, ladle, mixing spoons)
  • Dish set: plates, bowls, cups
  • Silverware set
  • Basic pantry staples to get started
