What We Do

Care Package Outreach

We go to encampments, bus stations, and shelters across Cuyahoga County to hand-deliver care packages directly to people experiencing homelessness.

Warm Meal Events

Several times a year, we serve hot meals to local transition homes alongside our care packages — bringing food, dignity, and connection to our neighbors on the streets.

Packing Days

Volunteers gather to assemble care packages, filling bags with snacks, water, hygiene essentials, and other supplies.
