Bound to thrive.

Growing up, I learned early on that for many kids, survival is the only goal. I lived it, and we’ve all seen it. Everyone knows someone who had it hard growing up—juggling school, work, and the relentless pressures of life just to keep their head above water. When you are stuck in that organized chaos, you never learn how to actually thrive. You miss out on a clear picture of what you could actually become. For me, the trajectory changed not because of a formal program or a lecture, but because of observation. I was lucky enough to cross paths with a few incredible leaders who simply let me watch how they operated. I watched them handle their business, their teams, and their lives with grace, polish, and grit. Most importantly, I watched them do the right thing when they thought no one was looking. That exposure changed everything. But getting that kind of proximity to great leaders shouldn't rely on luck. I founded 22 Bound because of what I experienced growing up, and what I continue to see in our community every day. We exist to scale that exact type of exposure. We pull young adults out of "survival mode" by putting them in the room with the right people—leaders who can show them what’s possible, and give them the blueprint they need to finally thrive.
