To provide essential resources to unhoused individuals and individuals transitioning to stable housing.
We’re not trying to solve every problem. We’re meeting people where they are and giving them what they need to take the next step.
What We Do
Two Programs, One Mission.
Care Packages for Right Now
We go directly to encampments, bus stations, and shelters across Greater Cleveland and the surrounding areas to hand-deliver care packages filled with essentials: snacks, water, hygiene items, and a reminder that someone sees them.
For someone who missed dinner at the shelter or hasn’t eaten all weekend, this small act matters more than we can measure.
Bundles for What’s Next
When someone transitions from a shelter into permanent housing, they often walk into an empty apartment with nothing. We provide bedroom and kitchen bundles—beds, sheets, pots, pans, dishes—so they can start building a life, not just surviving in a new space.
